se est\u00e1 trabajando, entre ellos la aprobaci\u00f3n definitiva del Plan General de Ordenaci\u00f3n Urbana, que en su opini\u00f3n \u201csupondr\u00e1 un antes y un despu\u00e9s para el desarrollo su discurso de felicitaci\u00f3n a los linenses con motivo del a\u00f1o entrante, en el que tambi\u00e9n ha se\u00f1alado la importancia de 2024 para la consolidaci\u00f3n de proyectos tan significativos como la terminaci\u00f3n de las obras del Mercado, la Avenida de Espa\u00f1a, el Estadio Municipal, las nuevas infraestructuras en la Ciudad Deportiva, con la edificaci\u00f3n de un complejo de atletismo y tiro ol\u00edmpico, o en Punta Ribot, donde se construir\u00e1 un nuevo pabell\u00f3n polideportivo.<br \/>\nAdem\u00e1s, ha confirmado otra serie de obras para la mejora del alcantarillado y el saneamiento , la aprobaci\u00f3n de un nuevo plan de asfaltado y otros muchos \u201cque permitir\u00e1n seguir con el proceso de transformaci\u00f3n de la
