El alcalde, Jos\u00e9 Ignacio Landaluce, ha visitado el Centro Municipal de Datos ubicado en la Casa Consistorial, instalado por el Ayuntamiento de Algeciras con motivo de la celebraci\u00f3n de las elecciones a Cortes Generales. \nEste centro representa el coraz\u00f3n de la jornada electoral y desde aqu\u00ed se controla el dispositivo desplegado para tal fin y que coordina el secretario general del Consistorio, Jos\u00e9 Luis L\u00f3pez Gu\u00edo.
\nEn el CMD y en dos turnos, los operadores reciben los datos que desde cada una de las mesas electorales les hacen llegar los representantes de la Administraci\u00f3n, para procesarlos y realizar el seguimiento de la jornada.
