El alcalde, Juan Franco, ha lamentado que la Asociaci\u00f3n de Comerciantes no aporte contrapropuestas, pese a reclamar siempre di\u00e1logo.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-15413 alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/test.pedrolgallego.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/RUEDA-MERCADO-300x169.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"169\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Franco recuerda que las obras eran necesarias por la insalubridad del edificio y asegura que se ha rebajado la tasa mensual de 500 \u20ac a 348 \u20ac, incluyendo limpieza, residuos, seguridad y marketing. Adem\u00e1s, el Ayuntamiento a\u00f1ade una subvenci\u00f3n p\u00fablica de 130.000 \u20ac al a\u00f1o y ayudas extra de 180.000 \u20ac en tres a\u00f1os.<\/p>\n<p>El regidor insiste en que \u201cnadie est\u00e1 vendiendo ni privatizando el Mercado\u201d, sino buscando una gesti\u00f3n moderna y de calidad.
