En este programa se encuadran las clases de fitness, yoga, p\u00e1del y gimnasia funcional, entre otras, que Deportes ofrece a la poblaci\u00f3n para favorecer una mejora generalizada de la calidad de vida a trav\u00e9s de la actividad f\u00edsica.
